Who we’re looking for
MS1 and MS2 medical students at University of Central Florida College of Medicine
Genuine interest in maternal health and patient advocacy.
Willingness to commit to a structured training program.
Comfort with on-call shifts and real clinical settings.
What you’ll do
Provide continuous, non-medical support during labor.
Work alongside the L&D care team.
Build skills in communication, advocacy, and bedside presence.
Coordinate with classmates over shared shifts.
